Refund policy

Physical Products (e.g., Books)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a refund. Please return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we'll process the return. 

Customers from outside the contiguous United States nor not eligible for return. 

Damaged, signed or personalized books are not eligible for return. 

Returns only accepted of products purchased from Steveforte.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party vendors. 

After 30 days, if the product has not been returned, we can only offer store credit, and customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. 

Digital Products

PDF/eBook Downloads

All sales are final. Once a PDF or digital product has been downloaded, it is no longer eligible for refunds.

Special Reports

Special reports will be eligible for a "pro-rated" refund. Refunds will be handled case-by-case and will only be issued for unreleased reports or reports the customer has yet to access. Each report will be refunded based on a pro-rated amount depending on the original purchase price and rounded to the nearest dollar amount.

For example, if a customer paid $200 for the Special Reports and is requesting a refund after reading--or having access to--10 of 15 reports, the user will be eligible for a refund of the five remaining reports pro-rated for the cost of each report (e.g., $13 * 5 or $65). 

Access will be based on an internal tag generated when a customer accesses one of the special reports.

Pricing of the Special Reports and other products is subject to change, and refunds are based on the product's price at the time of purchase.
